My New Pressure Cooker

Inspired by the Foodwise discussion group at ECCI in May, I bought a nice shiny pressure cooker – a high dome type which reminds me of the one my mum used back when I’wert lad.  I purchased some dried pulses and have been experimenting.  The red kidney beans only take 10 minutes to cook once under pressure!  But they need to be soaked before hand – I do mine overnight to be on the safe side. They are 10 times more tasty than tinned equivalents as well as cheaper. If anyone has any good recipes please share them.
